Graduation Day - the text below the picture says:

Graduation day for Sgt. Maysey's original pararescue training class. Sgt. Maysey did not graduate with them. (Note he is not wearing a beret since only a graduate of pararescue training could wear one.) Toward the end of training, he had injured his leg and had been washed back several weeks. He would graduate later, but the class wanted him in their photograph.
